Boulder Mountain Lions, April 8-May 18 (track), Sept. 23-Nov. 2 (cross country)
Boulder Mountain Lions (teamboco.com) is an elementary school running program that trains young runners twice a year for a track season in the spring and a cross country season in the fall. During the spring session, kids work on a wide range of skills and conditioning, including sprints, hurdles and middle-distance running. The spring program culminates with a mile race at the Frank Shorter Track Classic on May 18 at Fairview High School, while the fall program concludes with the Colleen De Reuck XC Classic on Nov. 2 at Nevin Platt Middle School.

Boulder Marathon/Half Marathon Training Camp, May 23-27
Visit Boulder in the prime of springtime to run some of Boulder’s classic running routes, learn from some of Boulder’s legendary runners and coaches and run the Bolder Boulder 10K as a training run, plus yoga, trips to local brew pubs and dining at some of Boulder’s best restaurants.
