Tracey Bernett

Boulder masters track athlete Tracey Bernett helped the U.S. earn a silver medal in the 4x400m relay (5:03.81) in the Women’s 60+ age group at the 2018 World Masters Athletics Championships last September in Malaga, Spain. She advanced to the finals in the 1500m with a new PR of 6:01.06 and later placed and also finished 15th overall in the 800m (2:57.80). She also placed fourth in both the 800m and 1500m and sixth in the 400m at the U.S. National Masters Championships in Spokane, Wash. in July 2018. During the indoor track season of 2019, Bernett clocked a world-leading mile time in the 60-64 age group when she ran a 6:29 at the Ocean Breeze track facility on Staten Island, N.Y.
