Here is a list of Boulder’s professional and recreational training groups, running clubs and coaching services.

In Motion Running hosts a fun run for all ability levels at 6 p.m. every Thursday night from the store.

In Motion Running Spring Training Group

A group for all levels of runners that meets weekly to train for the Bolder Boulder 10K. 
The group meets Thursday nights at In Motion Running. Call In Motion Running (720-808-7232) for Tues, Sat and Sun group run/workout meeting places.

Athletics Boulder

A group of competitive runners training for a wide range of events.

Avery Brewing Co. Run Club
A free Monday night fun run (3 or 5 miles) from Avery’s brewpub in Gunbarrel.

Boulder Breakfast Club 

Recreational trail running group that plans weekend group trail

Boulder Coaching
Group of coaches that offers individualized training plans for running and triathlon.

Boulder Mountain Lions

Youth running program with spring track (April-May) and fall cross country (Sept-Oct) seasons.

Boulder Mountain Warriors
Youth running program with winter, spring, summer and fall training programs, plus a fall cross country racing challenge.

Boulder Road Runners
Training/social group that organizes a summer track series and a Sunday morning fun run from the Bolder Boulder offices at 55th Street and Central Avenue.

Boulder Run Club

Training group dedicated to runners of all ages and abilities coached by three-time Olympian Lee Troop.

Boulder Striders

A training group of semi-elite and recreational runners primarily training for events from 5K to the marathon, plus triathons. 

Boulder Track Club

Elite-level, semi-elite and recreational runners primarily training for events from 5K to the marathon, plus youth running programs.

Boulder Trail Runners 

Recreational trail running group that organizes several weekday and weekend runs around Boulder.

Boulder Women Run
Informal women’s running group that meets for 3- to 6-mile runs, followed by coffee.
