In Motion Running Summer Training Programs

Come run with us this summer! In Motion Running’s 12-week Summer Training programs began Tuesday, July 9th and continue through the fall. The programs are open to runners of all ages, abilities and goal races from 5K to the marathon, and if you haven’t joined yet there is still time! Whether you are a beginner or a experienced runner, we’ll devise a plan that suits you best. Training programs are written by store owner and coach Mark Plaatjes.

Group runs/workouts will be held several times per week for both the beginner ($150 registration fee) and intermediate to advanced ($225) groups. The main focus of the programs will lead to the Boulder Backroads Half Marathon and 10K on Sept. 28th, but we will help you train and adapt for other race goals.

  • Have fun preparing for a local race with friends and acquaintances that you’ll run with all summer.
  • All participants will receive a free In Motion Training Club T-shirt
  • If you miss the start of the training cycle, you can still join our training program at any time, and we will pro-rate the sessions missed at $6 per practice from the overall training program cost.
