In Motion Running Spring Training Program

Let’s get fit and have fun running together this spring! Our spring training program for all levels of runners officially started Tues., March 5th but you can enroll any time.

The 12-week program continues through the May 27 Bolder Boulder 10k, but we can help get you fit for other spring and early summer races as well. The $180 enrollment fee includes expert coaching and training plans for all levels of runners, group runs and workouts on Tues, Thurs, Sat and/or Sun, personal coaching attention, exclusive deals and swag, a training club t-shirt (with this “We Are Boulder” logo!) and much more!
